Day-of Wedding Activities
For both the bride and groom, the morning of the wedding can be a busy time. It is important to remember to schedule some enjoyment, this is also the time to relax (as much as possible), eat and pamper yourself before the ceremony and festivities begin.
For the Bride
A day-of indulgence never hurt anybody! This includes (but is never limited to): getting their hair and make-up done, going for mani-pedis, and fleeing to the spa for quick massage to relieve pre-wedding stress. For this, Me Spa in Simi is the perfect bridal retreat, as they offer a wide range of services, treatments and enhancements to ready any bridal party for the big day ahead!
For the Groom
A morning spent golfing on any one of Simi’s golf courses is a morning well spent! While the Wood Ranch Golf Club requires a club membership to golf, the Simi Hills, Moopark and Tierra Rejada Golf Clubs are open to the public. All courses are suitable for golfers of all levels and offer private golf instruction.
For the Guests
Family and out-of-town guests can visit the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum! This research library and museum features spectacular hillside views, and a gallery full of artifacts surrounding the life and presidency of Ronald Reagan. The library also showcases visiting museum exhibits from all over the world! Kids can walk through the famous Air Force One plane that flew seven presidents (including Reagan himself), and play with any one of the museum’s interactive challenges and games. Those who are a little bit older can take a walk through history, and remember a beloved President.
